Your Manager
Your Manager is responsible for making sure your onboarding process is conducted effectively to ensure you are successfully integrated into your job. Your Manager will meet with you to provide feedback and answer any questions or concerns you may have if you want to.
Your Onboarding Buddy
Your Buddy is responsible for making sure your onboarding process is conducted effectively to ensure you are successfully integrated into your job. The Buddy will meet with you regularly to provide feedback and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Your Human Resources Business Partner
Each Bayer employee is supported by a Human Resources Business Partner. If you are unsure of who your Human Resources Business Partner will be, ask your Manager or Onboarding Buddy. Your Human Resources Business Partner is another resource to assist you throughout the onboarding process.
Human Resources Team
Human Resources Team supports you to your onboarding process. If you have any question about documents, the place of the hiring orientation, rule…, please contact to the Human Resource team.
You
You are also responsible for your success in the onboarding process. Please make sure you ask questions, raise concerns and expectations with your Manager and maintain a positive attitude during your onboarding. If you feel you are not getting the clarification or answers you need, please contact your Human Resources Recruiting Team.
