The department of Talent Marketing Operations offers various networking activities for all interns in Germany.

On the Bayer internal social networking platform “Connections” we established the intern community “Praktikanten bei Bayer”. This community has two sub-communities: one for the interns working at the Niederrhein sites (Community “Praktikanten Standort Leverkusen”) and one for the interns located in Berlin (Community “Praktikanten Standort Berlin”). All interns that receive a Bayer email address will have access to this network. As soon as you have access to the intranet you can request access to the communities via connections.

Within the intern communities we post all information that is of interest for you such as the dates and programs of our intern events. Thereby, we offer regular intern lunches, intern information events, lectures and tours in different departments as well as social events. 
You can register for these events within these communities. Moreover, Connections works as a networking tool and as a platform that helps to get in touch with other interns, managers and the University & Talent Relations team.
