Throughout the Bayer organization worldwide, many different appreciation and recognition programs are in place. They vary from country to country, reflecting different customs, opportunities and preferences. But they all serve the same purpose: To recognize the contribution of individuals to our company’s success.
Here are some examples of how Bayer seeks to express the company’s appreciation of employees in many countries around the world:
- Individual Rewards & individual performance award (IPA)
- Anniversary premiums
Individual Rewards: Benefits in this category are granted in recognition of an employee’s loyalty, or honor exceptional contributions by individuals. They range from simple “thank you” notes to gift certificates or vouchers for a dinner or a weekend event.
With the individual performance awards (IPA), Bayer recognizes special contributions made by you either individually or as part of a team. The IPA is bound to a specific achievement and aims to recognize outstanding performance in as timely a manner as possible.
Anniversary premiums: Bayer values loyalty. Gifts and payments such as medals, coins, certificates, extra salary or extra vacation days honor employees who have served the company for 25-, 40- or even 50 years.
