Bayer ID card

Please collect your Bayer Identity Card from the office that issues passes (Ausweisbüro) on your first day. You can find the address in the covering letter you received with your contract. For security reasons you are requested to wear your Bayer ID card visibly while you are on the site. If you lose it, you have to notify the pass office immediately. Similarly, if you extend your internship, please take the letter from us to the pass office to apply for a new ID card. Please hand your ID card to site security at the end of your internship.

Medical examination

Please make sure that you attend the medical examination, if required. Further details are given in the covering letter of the internship contract.

Forms

You are required to complete two forms at the start of your internship: one in compliance with Section 81 of the Works Constitution Act and a confirmation about complying with the Bayer Group regulations.

Your supervisor or manager will provide you with the forms. Please discuss the content with him/her, sign both forms and send them to HR.
